Again, we want to thank you for the "superior" service we have received from beginning to end with your company. Chris was great in sitting down with us and helping us to choose the right air-conditioner for our home. He was never pushy and we appreciated the time he spent with us. Today, Jeff and Chris installed our new unit. I cannot reiterate enough what a fantastic job they did. Even in this horrible heat they remained courteous and professional the entire day. The explained everything to us and we are just so happy with the service we have received from Morvent! "Problem Was Fixed" | Morvent's One Hour - Heating Repair West Chester PA

Morvent technician came out within two hours on a Saturday afternoon in December when our heater kept cycling off before reaching the temperature set by thermostat. He determined it was a low gas pressure problem after lengthy troubleshooting and recommended calling PECO. The PECO man could not duplicate the problem within 10 minutes ofr troubleshooting later that evening, so I got another Morvent technician on the phone to explain it to the PECO tech. Then PECO changed the gas regulator coming into the house, and everthing worked fine. Morvent followed up the next day to ensure the problem was fixed. Great service!

Service is great, I would recommend everyone to purchase their service plan. I had a problem on Memorial day with the AC, and there was someone here within a few hours to fix it. The best part it did not cost me a penny.
