Again, we want to thank you for the "superior" service we have received from beginning to end with your company. Chris was great in sitting down with us and helping us to choose the right air-conditioner for our home.  He was never pushy and we appreciated the time he spent with us.  Today, Jeff and Chris installed our new unit.  I cannot reiterate enough what a fantastic job they did. Even in this horrible heat they remained courteous and professional the entire day.  The explained everything to us and we are just so happy with the service we have received from Morvent!  Again, thank you and we will happily refer your company to our family and friends for purchase and service. 

Service is great, I would recommend everyone to purchase their service plan. I had a problem on Memorial day with the AC, and there was someone here within a few hours to fix it. The best part it did not cost me a penny.

Awsome, quick and efficient service. the service guys are smart, very polite and are very respectful. They don't just fix the problem by patching it, they always do everything they can to make sure it dosent happen again to the extent they also inspect and repair anything else they find with self initiated checks.
